Eligibility for Returns
Most items sold through Naiko Afghan Crafts are eligible for return, but due to the handmade and custom nature of many products, certain limitations apply:
- Standard Products: Eligible for return if they meet the conditions outlined below.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please read the product descriptions carefully for eligibility before purchasing.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Naiko Afghan Crafts account.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
- Email our support team at naiko@naikoafghancrafts.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Relevant photos or supporting documentation
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including packaging and shipping guidelines.
Conditions for Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:
- Items must be in original condition, unused, and include all tags, labels, and original packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage due to mishandling, or missing components may be rejected.
- Items must be returned using the original or equivalent protective packaging.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be initiated within three (3) days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return Process
Once your return is approved:
- You may receive a prepaid shipping label, or you may be asked to cover the return shipping cost, depending on the reason for return.
- Pack the item securely with all included accessories and documents.
- Ship the item to the return address provided in the approval message.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified via email whether your return has been approved or denied.
- If approved, a refund will be processed via your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, broken, or otherwise defective:
- Contact us at naiko@naikoafghancrafts.com within three (3) days of receiving the product.
- Attach clear photos or a video showing the issue.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Costs
- Naiko will cover return shipping costs only if the item is defective or incorrect.
- For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
